Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality personal care to residents, including medication management and cooking.
- Provide dementia care and support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker and take charge of the care team when required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Competitive salary of £13.00 per hour.
- Free DBS check and enhanced pay for Bank Holidays.
- 5.6 weeks holiday (pro rata for part-time) and every other weekend off.
