About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sunday Sales Assistant to join our team at Age UK Hartlepool. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional retail experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the appearance of the shop, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer queries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maximize sales and promote Gift Aid to customers, ensuring we meet our sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Handle and lift bags of stock (up to 10kgs) as required.
