About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Baker McKenzie. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in providing analytical and project management support for our compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to inform our compensation strategy.
  • Lead the compensation survey process, working with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure accurate job matches.
  • Study and analyze market trends to assist in the determination of salary and job grades.
  • Produce standard periodic and ad hoc reporting for other functional departments.
  • Track key issues, practices, and trends in compensation by participating in industry groups and gathering market intelligence.
  • Support the ongoing development of Firm-Wide compensation practices, policies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires.
  • Support the annual compensation review process of C-Suite executives.
Requirements
  • Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business or human resources.
  • Prior experience in compensation analysis and human resource-related work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of relational databases and human resources management systems.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
