Job Overview: Hays Specialist Recruitment is working with a client in the professional services industry to recruit a Reward & Compensation Specialist to join their Belfast-based team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, analysis, and reporting on policies to managers, leading the compensation survey process, studying and analyzing market data and trends, and producing standard periodic and ad hoc reporting. Additionally, they will track key issues and trends in compensation through benchmarking and gathering market intelligence from internal and external recruiters. The role also involves supporting the ongoing development of company compensation practices, policies, and processes, as well as collaborating with the recruiting team to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires and supporting the annual compensation review process of C-Suite executives.

About You:
