We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Administrator to join our Utilities team in Arundel. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, and communication, with a strong focus on building relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain risk assessments and RAMS documents
  • Attend meetings and provide accurate note-taking services
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure adherence to company confidentiality and sensitivity policies
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet the changing demands of the organization
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Driver with own transport due to the location
  • Previous administration and customer service experience
