Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate care assistants to join our team in Norwich, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and provide person-centred care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Persoanlised Care Plan - Creating and implementing personalised care plans to meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Community Access - Supporting individuals to access their local community, participate in social events, and engage in leisure activities.
  • Emotional Support - Providing emotional support and guidance to help individuals cope with challenging situations.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for caring for others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Drivers essential.

Salary:

↤9-10 per hour (£18,096 - £19,416 per annum pro rata)

Contract Options:

  • Part time: 20 hours per week.

Benefits:

  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
