Support Worker Role Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in Norwich, where you will play a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities to live independently.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and provide person-centred care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Support - Assisting individuals with daily tasks, including household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Community Engagement - Supporting individuals to engage with their local community, participate in social events, and access leisure activities.
- Social Skills Training - Providing guidance and support to help individuals develop their social skills and independence.
Requirements:
- A commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and empathy towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Essential requirement: Drivers licence.
Contract Options:
- Part time: 20 hours per week.
