Care Assistant Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support for our customers in their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, moving and positioning, meals, medication, and social interaction to our customers. You will also be expected to support individuals to remain safely in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Salary and Benefits:

Our salary package includes £111.24-£118.80 per day, paid monthly, plus a range of benefits including a £40 food allowance, training bonus, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rolling rota, enhanced pay for bank holidays, and 28 days paid annual leave pro rata.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in care work, preferably live-in care
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
