Role Overview

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our care community, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,440 - £30,600, based on 37-40 hours per week. You will also receive enhanced bank holiday rates of up to £18 per hour, with additional pay for Christmas and New Year shifts.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medications. You will also provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to those you care for, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior experience is required, but you must have a driving license and access to a vehicle for work. A flexible approach to shifts is also essential, with opportunities to work mornings, days, evenings, and nights.
