Job Title: Homecare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Homecare Support Specialist to join our dedicated team at Sy3. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to clients in their own homes, promoting their well-being and quality of life.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with varying needs, including companionship, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
  • Adhere to client care plans, reporting any changes or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in UK-based care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care.
  • A full UK driving license (travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile).
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure (paid for by us, with a full refund after a set period of work).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good standard of English.
