About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our UK Talent & Reward Advisory team in the City of London. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile project opportunities and driving value for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve client workforce challenges through the leverage of Talent and Health and Wealth solutions
  • Accountable for projects to ensure they are delivered with quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Manage a robust network of internal and external relationships to develop opportunities for the Advisory team and the wider reward and Human Capital Business
  • Support the development of thought leadership across our Advisory offering
  • Shape, sell, and lead bespoke and tailored solutions to clients, bringing together expertise from across Aon as appropriate
  • Project management with a high degree of personal involvement in delivery, as well as leading project teams to ensure projects deliver against client needs and are commercially successful for Aon
Requirements
  • Technical experience in Total Reward, Rewards Analytics, People Analytics, and/or Talent Management, with potentially deep expertise in specific areas
  • Experience leading and delivering significant projects
  • Proven sales experience and experience mentoring and leading a team
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and geographies in a fast-paced, consulting environment
  • Superior listening skills, ability to develop insightful questions, and identify and implement the appropriate strategy to successfully address client issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Highly evolved analytical skills for interpreting data and integrating data to support decision-making
  • Consistent track record of strong senior stakeholder-level client relationship management and business development
  • Commercial competence, with an ability to drive revenue growth

This is a commercially focused role with direct client and prospect interaction, and at this level, individuals would be expected to be involved in business development, closing deals, as well as successful management and delivery of projects.
