At H International Consultant / HIa Legal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Senior Procurement Manager to join our project team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in overseeing the ordering, administration, and supply procurement of FF&E designs across a diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring effective communication and coordination between different procurement functions.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the supply chain, drive cost savings, and improve supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, strategies, and processes, and manage the quality of the end-to-end procurement process.
- Partner with service providers to facilitate supplier relationship management and governance, conduct supplier quality audits, and manage supplier performance.
- Implement global and regional projects across various categories and functions.
- Manage procurement budgets, track financial performance, and ensure the accuracy of financial records at the cluster level.
- Drive productivity projects, such as quality value engineering and supplier re-balancing, and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
- Evaluate potential procurement risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Fully utilize the MBT system function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance during the procurement process.
- Strong organization and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- 5+ years' experience in purchasing/relevant administrative role, ideally in high-end hospitality group.
- Natural passion for great design and high attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of furniture and architectural materials and where to source them from.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective team player and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers, and contractors.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to assist when needed.
