About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to join our team at Darchi Digital Recruitment. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients understand the true value of their media investment through Marketing Mix Modelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client consultations: working closely with clients and internal data teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead the entire cycle of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects, from data collection to insights delivery.
  • Develop compelling data stories to drive growth and automate insights within our advanced integrated tech stack.
  • Innovate and automate data modelling processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead a small team of Data Scientists/Analysts to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (STEM).
  • Minimum of two years experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) /Econometrics project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with delivering media measurement and effectiveness projects using Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)/econometrics techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of R or Python and SQL.
  • Experience with a range of data visualisations (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Studio).
  • Experience within Digital Media and/or Advertising sectors is advantageous.
What We Offer

Up to £70k base salary + discretionary bonus + benefits.
