Job Summary:

Bozzuto is seeking a skilled Assistant Properties Manager to lead our teams and drive operational excellence. This role requires a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue management, P&L analysis, and budget management.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management: Collect rent, manage delinquency, and drive sales and marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the community's interior and exterior are impeccable and the team represents the Bozzuto brand professionally.
  • Community Engagement: Ensure every resident interaction is positive and strives to build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as business, hospitality, or real estate.
  • 2+ Years of Experience: In property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Industry Software: Proficient in YARDI, social media platforms, and other industry software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
