Capital Management Role at Lloyds Banking Group

We are seeking an experienced Senior Capital Management Executive to join our team in the Group Corporate Treasury department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital management, with excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing the Group's capital, recommending allocation strategies, and leading conversations with senior management.

In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), assessing all risks for which capital may be a suitable mitigant. You will need to optimise capital at Group and legal entity level, making recommendations to the Board on matters such as Capital Risk Appetite, Dividend, and Share Buyback decisions.

You will own and develop the capital policy, engaging both internal and external partners, such as the Bank of England. Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to utilise data and information effectively are essential for this role.

A proven record of building collaborative relationships and the ability to influence key partners is also required. Curiosity about capital management and its interaction with other Treasury activities is highly valued in this position.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum depending on experience.
