We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sterling Cross, a specialist secondary school located near Guildford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized therapy sessions and group activities to support the educational, social, and emotional needs of our students.

This role requires strong rehabilitation skills, experience working with SEN students, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters independence and self-esteem among our students.

This position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and addressing the rehabilitation needs of SEN students
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless integration into classroom activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and guardians
