Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing a Group-wide business development strategy that aligns with our customer-centric vision.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Establishing partnerships with external organizations to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to budget and manage resources effectively.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, with a range of benefits including a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days holiday up to 30 days (depending on service), pension scheme with matched company contributions up to 10%, and other perks.
