This role is based at our Caithness office in William Smith House

The successful candidate will work as a Retirement Benefits Specialist, providing administration services to customers. Key responsibilities include processing casework, answering customer inquiries, drafting custom correspondence, performing pension calculations, and completing assigned projects.
