**About Us

We're looking for a talented Software Development Lead to join our Retail Media Solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-class team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software developers to design, develop, and implement innovative retail media solutions.

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers to design, develop, and implement retail media solutions
  • Work closely with the product owner to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that meet customer needs
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth

**What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000-£130,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary
