Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is a leading national company offering high-quality tuition services. We are currently seeking dedicated Educational Specialists to provide tailored learning support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Harpole and surrounding areas.

About the Role
  • Work closely with primary or secondary children who require additional educational support due to SEN/SEMH needs or being looked after (LAC).
  • Deliver engaging educational sessions face-to-face at students' homes or public spaces, such as libraries or community centers.
  • Create and implement tailored resources to meet each child's unique learning requirements, focusing on core subjects like Maths, English, and Science.

Your Responsibilities
  • Hold QTS, Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, or relevant SEN/SEMH experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with children and families.
