About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Manager to join our prestigious project, focusing on data centre projects in Slough and London.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in site meetings and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide comprehensive progress reports, including visual evidence.
  • Manage material selection and subcontractor documentation.
  • Drive operational enhancements to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Critical infrastructure experience.
  • Construction or engineering qualification of NVQ Level 3 or higher.
  • Certifications such as SMSTS, Black CSCS, and First Aid.
  • Thorough understanding of statutory requirements, CDM, and construction phase plans.
