We are partnering with a leading international contractor to find an experienced Executive Project Manager for a substantial data centre infrastructure project in the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role and accelerate your career.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the procurement of critical mechanical and electrical plant and equipment on large-scale construction projects. Your duties will include ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client and all stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering a wide range of projects from inception to completion
  • Engage with vendors to identify project risks and ensure they are managed throughout the design, fabrication, and installation stages
  • Review technical submissions from vendors and/or contractors to ensure compliance with client specifications
  • Prepare for and chair meetings, recording minutes as required
  • Attend and monitor meetings, escalating any issues that may arise
  • Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) elements on site, reporting corrective actions as necessary
  • Assist in reviewing and assessing proposed variations in the works and delays to progress
  • Participate in the handover plan, monitoring and tracking preparation of documentation
Requirements:
  • Essential experience in data centre development
  • Degree qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a project lead role
  • Career-minded individual with a strong desire for progression
Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
