About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As an Insurance and Investments Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs, identifying gaps in their current coverage, and providing tailored solutions to protect their interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on insurance and investments products.
  • Deal with claims and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cross-selling and proactive campaign calls.
  • Proactively identify gaps in clients' current coverage and make relevant recommendations.
  • Provide quotations, process midterm adjustments, and update client records and policies.
  • Attend training events and trade shows to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to use initiative and judgement.
