About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Associate to join our Client Relations Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the commercial growth of Show Ready stands, maximising all opportunities to network and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Utilise your excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients, generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, face-to-face show walking, and networking.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of stand builds that exceed customer expectations.
  • Strategic Targeting: Identify key events and opportunities, gather crucial client information, and develop tailored sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Customer Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results, maintaining high service levels and ensuring smooth delivery of stand builds.
About You

We seek an individual with experience in the exhibition and events industry who thrives in a dynamic environment. A passion for sales, relationship-building, and attention to detail is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
