Role Overview
LRQA is seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Results-Driven Sales Leadership - The Sales Leadership Expert will lead a team of sales professionals, driving results and achieving sales targets through effective planning, coaching, and performance management.
- Strategic Alignment - The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the sales team's goals with the company's growth strategy, ensuring seamless execution and maximum results.
- Pipeline Management - The Sales Leadership Expert will manage the sales pipeline, ensuring it is sufficient to meet targets, moving at the right pace, and accurate in terms of sales stage and closure dates.
- Coaching and Development - The candidate will be responsible for adapting their coaching and development styles to suit each team member, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver results.
- Performance Management - The Sales Leadership Expert will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of KPIs, pipeline progression, and sales rep activity, taking corrective actions and supporting team members as needed.
- Sales Meetings and Performance Summaries - The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely sales and pipeline reports, performance summaries, and updates on specific project actions.
Requirements
- Minimum of years' experience in business-to-business sales, with a track record of achieving results.
- The ability to communicate fully in English for business purposes.
- Previous line management experience, with responsibility for a specific function, geography, or both.
- A good knowledge of the business assurance sector, particularly in areas of certification and third-party assurance programs.
