Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a Registered Children's Nurse in Brighton. As a Registered Children's Nurse, you will deliver gold standard, one-to-one, holistic care in the comfort of patients' homes or schools.

Role Overview

  • Deliver gold standard, one-to-one, holistic care in the comfort of patients' homes or schools.
  • Offer quality nursing tailored to the child's needs, ensuring all professional standards are met and relevant care plans are delivered.
  • Record all clinical data accurately to ensure quality care is maintained and delivered, and report any adverse effects via the correct protocol.
  • Maintain and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge, addressing any gaps in clinical competency and staying compliant with all business policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research, applying evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and patient safety.

Requirements

  • Registration as a Children's Nurse
  • Competence in the administration of IV therapies
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, sensitive communication, and teaching and assessing experience
  • The ability to put people at ease while making technical details easy to understand
  • A full UK driving licence
