Children's Nursing Team Leader

Position Overview: Are you a qualified Registered Nurse with a background in Paediatric Nursing or Adult Nursing who has experience working with children? If you possess community and/or complex care expertise and are either in a management role or aspiring to advance into a leadership position, this opportunity may be for you. In this role, you will oversee a caseload of clients, fostering relationships with both clients and their families, while managing care plans and facilitating the onboarding of new staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver community-based care, with a focus on complex care needs.
  • Experience with clients requiring specialized care, such as those with Tracheostomies, Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), or spinal injuries is preferred.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential, including participation in a rotational on-call service.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the UK and maintain a valid UK driving license.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our organization offers a competitive salary starting at £45,000, with the potential to increase to £47,250 upon successful completion of the probationary period. Additional benefits include:
