Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to join their Family Safeguarding Team in Woking, Surrey. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,625 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert leadership and support to colleagues and professionals in complex situations.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of practice, theory, and legislation to enhance practice, procedures, and policies.
- Model effective risk assessment and management in complex situations.
- Lead safeguarding initiatives in collaboration with senior team members.
- Offer professional support, advice, and supervision.
- Monitor and support team member performance and development using a coaching approach.
- Contribute to organisational change and development, addressing performance management issues.
- Manage delegated budgets, funding, and resources in accordance with council policies and procedures.
- Social Work Degree or equivalent.
- Social Work England registration.
- Past management experience.
