What We're Looking For
  • A qualified expert in safeguarding, with a professional qualification in the field.
  • Best-in-class emotional intelligence, with a high level of self-awareness and an aptitude for conflict resolution and dealing with sensitive issues.
  • A creative problem-solver, able to implement safeguarding solutions in a football or sporting context.
  • Excellent relationship builder, able to work directly with children, young people, adults at risk, and their parents/carers.
