As a Principal Renewable Energy Consultant, you'll play a key role in our Wind Advisory Services team, working on global projects across the renewables sector.

About the Role

As a Principal Renewable Energy Consultant, you'll project manage a portfolio of due diligence assignments, assessing renewable energy projects on behalf of our clients. You'll work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams to produce professional and detailed reports that meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage due diligence assignments for renewable energy projects
  • Assess and evaluate project risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reports
  • Contribute to the development of our Energy Transition Academy and Advisory Services training

Requirements

  • Education to degree level in engineering, law, finance, or a related field
  • Proven project management experience
  • Understanding of technical aspects of renewable energy infrastructure projects
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of commercial aspects of renewable energy infrastructure projects
  • Experience in conducting technical due diligence on infrastructure projects
  • Ability to speak a second language
  • Driving license
