Renewable Energy Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team at Statkraft. As a key member of our Project Delivery Unit, you will be responsible for managing large-scale infrastructure renewable projects from development to construction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Ensure that our project requirements are met at various stages of development and construction, including organizing, leading, and managing the project team.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure effective project delivery.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project status reports to the Project Steering Committee and senior management, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
- Anti-Corruption and Compliance: Implement anti-corruption prevention measures, including risk assessment, training, and transparent reporting of incidents.
- Internal Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration between project team members and other stakeholders.
- Project Meetings and Documentation: Ensure efficient and regular project meetings, recording of minutes, and agreed actions.
- Tendering and Design: Support the tendering process for new projects and manage inputs from technical design teams to finalize project designs.
- Project Tools and Systems: Utilize Statkraft's internal tools for payments, project tracking, safety, contract management, risk management, and other project-related activities.
- Renewable Energy Competence: Contribute to the development and maintenance of high environmental and HSSE standards in renewable energy projects.
- Education: Third-level engineering college degree.
- Experience: Proven track record of delivering renewable/large-scale infrastructure projects through construction, with experience in managing project budgets and schedules.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, and management skills, including organizational ability and a target-oriented approach. Excellent application of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English.
