Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and improve their skills.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, stock control, and customer service standards.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service standards.
