**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store, analyzing sales data, and making informed decisions to drive growth.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure store environment for customers and employees.
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of retail experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
