Supporting Children with Complex Needs

We are looking for a Psychology graduate to join our team at Philosophy Education, supporting children with complex needs in primary and special educational needs (SEN) schools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child mental health and the ability to provide individualised support to pupils with behavioural and mental health needs.

About the Job

This role involves working intensively with pupils aged 5-11 who require ongoing support due to identified SEMH and SEN needs.

You will work collaboratively with the school's SENCO and senior management team, as well as external agencies, to provide a comprehensive support package for these pupils.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff to ensure effective support and communication.
  2. Provide individualised support to pupils, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining talented individuals like you.
