EDEX is recruiting a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Position- Support pupils across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Psychology and a passion for supporting young people. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Salary: £105-110 per day
As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant at EDEX, you will have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes for our students.
Responsibilities- Work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks
- Provide bespoke support to pupils with SEMH needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree level qualification
- Experience or awareness of young people with possible barriers to learning
- High level of literacy and numeracy
