Position: UK Business Development Manager

Salary/bonus: Up to £55,000, £20k bonus (uncapped)

Benefits: Car allowance, private healthcare and pension

CSG is partnering with a medical equipment group in growth mode to find a UK Business Development Manager to drive the business forward.

This is a sales role based on genuine relationship building and understanding pain points to improve patient outcomes.

The portfolio boasts high-quality single-use and reusable consumables and devices, with a focus on single-use products.

We're looking for a proven sales professional with a podiatry clinical profile or good experience selling into or clinically educating/supporting podiatrists.

The ideal candidate will understand podiatry clinically, talk the clinical language of the customer, and be able to quickly identify where we can add value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and driving the business forward
  • Building relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Understanding pain points and improving patient outcomes
  • Managing a territory including current customers, target accounts, and podiatrists/key stakeholder contacts
  • Traveling up to 80% when needed
