Medsolve is proud to partner with an organisation dedicated to providing high-quality educational experiences for students with autism. We are seeking a College Tutor Functional Skills to deliver a tailored approach that maximises students' potential for future life wellbeing and work.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £25-£35 per hour. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship.

The role is term-time only, with 32.5 hours per week. We offer a range of benefits, including:

The duties of the College Tutor include:

Participating in the coordination of daily college activities

Ensuring curriculum delivery and content are differentiated and autism-specific

Developing an effective working knowledge of Individual Learning Plans

Monitoring and developing the curriculum through regular assessment and evaluation

Ensuring Literacy, Numeracy, and ICT are effectively embedded throughout the curriculum

Creating, sharing, and monitoring learner targets

Providing subject reports detailing student progress and achievements

Delivering high-quality Numeracy sessions from pre-entry to Level 2

Participating in the recruitment and assessment of students

Liaising with partner schools, FE colleges, employers, and outside agencies

Taking part in marketing activities as required
