TOD'S Group is looking for a highly skilled HR Operational Support specialist to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR operational support across our UK, Netherlands, and Spain locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing recruitment processes and ensuring accurate data input
  • Coordinating training and development activities, ensuring all internal processes are followed
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with employment requirements

We require a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and experience in using HR databases.

The estimated salary range for this position is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum.
