Job Summary
The British Museum seeks an HR Officer to support our Operations & Public Engagement departments. This role involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring accurate HR data, and providing support with employee relations casework.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, from advertising to completion of recruitment checks.
- Update and maintain HR data, including employee records and documents.
- Support with attendance management procedures, grievance and disciplinary procedures, flexible working applications, and parental leave.
- Identify and implement process improvements in HR administration.
About the Role
- Fully qualified HR professional with experience in recruitment, data management, and employee relations.
- Excellent IT skills and experience in managing data.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
What We Offer
- Annual salary range: £29,000-£31,000.
