Job Title

Mastclimbing Systems Sales Growth Manager

Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Mastclimbing Systems market, targeting £2.5m turnover within a year.

About the Role
  • Key responsibilities include selling mastclimbing solutions to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, civil contractors, and other specialist sub-contractors.
  • The successful candidate will work on both refurbishment and new build projects in Scotland and North East England.
  • Order values range from £100k-£200k, focusing on high-rise commercial projects such as office blocks, mixed-use hotel/residential towers, hotels, and student accommodation.
Your Background
  • Prior experience as an Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the Mastclimbing Systems market is essential.
  • A strong passion for sales, energy, and enthusiasm are required, with a background in cladding, building envelope/façades being ideal.
  • Experience selling to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, civil contractors, and other specialist sub-contractors is necessary.
  • You must be comfortable liaising with clients on construction sites and have the ability to pick up technical products.

Remuneration

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission giving OTE £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
