About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team in Driffield. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for accurately inputting timesheets, processing orders, sending invoices, and managing emails.

This is a full-time role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. If you are a motivated and organized individual who enjoys working as part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting timesheets from contractors
  • Processing orders on the internal computer system
  • Sending out invoices for work completed to clients
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Managing the emails and responding accordingly

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully computer literate with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Experience with working to different internal computer systems
