Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Plant and Transport Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including placing orders, filling and using various software platforms to run reports and achieve compliance with our existing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for plant and transport operations
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports
- Coordinating with project delivery partners and integrated supply chains
- Ensuring compliance with industry-leading health, safety, and environmental performance standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction, plant hire, or utilities industry
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Effective administration, planning, and organization skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
