Senior Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Evolve Housing + Support. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to vulnerable individuals, helping them to regain their independence and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and support customers' strengths and needs, developing personalized plans to help them achieve their aspirations.
- Work collaboratively with customers to set and achieve targets, promoting their involvement and co-production in the support process.
- Provide emotional support and guidance, helping customers to navigate challenging situations and make informed decisions.
- Liaise with external partners and agencies to access relevant services and resources, ensuring customers receive comprehensive support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer-centered management plans, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Support colleagues in their roles, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall quality of service.
- Knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by homeless individuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to customer support.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as part of a pre-planned rolling rota.
