Senior Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Evolve Housing + Support. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to vulnerable individuals, helping them to regain their independence and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and support customers' strengths and needs, developing personalized plans to help them achieve their aspirations.
- Work collaboratively with customers to set and achieve targets, promoting their involvement and co-production in the support process.
- Provide emotional support and guidance, helping customers to navigate challenging situations and make informed decisions.
- Liaise with external partners and agencies to access relevant services and support, ensuring customers receive comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development of a dynamic and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care.
- Knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by homeless individuals.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers and the service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer-centered care.
- Experience of working with vulnerable populations, with a commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
