We are seeking a Senior Support Professional to join our team at Evolve Housing + Support. As a Senior Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to homeless young people aged 16-22 in our 44-bed service in Croydon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding and the needs and challenges faced by homeless young people. You will be able to work effectively with customers to identify their strengths and needs, and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to customers to help them identify their strengths and needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans to help customers achieve their goals
  • Working with customers to identify positive move-on options and support them to live more independently
  • Liaising with external partners to access appropriate statutory and voluntary services
  • Supporting colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
