Our company culture encourages drive and talent, allowing individuals to pursue their desired career paths, regardless of background or any other characteristic. We aim to build an inclusive organisation where everyone can progress and be proud to work with us.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of ££30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme, private medical insurance, 26 days' holiday (increasing by one day for every three years' continuous service up to 29 days), flexible benefits, and enhanced family-friendly policies.
Job Description
This two-year Graduate Development Programme provides an exciting opportunity to gain insight into different business areas while strengthening your development through modules and projects. You will commence in September each year and join your chosen discipline to meet the team, settle into the business, and have an impact on meaningful work.
You will undergo six two-month placements on rotation, designed to give an all-round insight into our business. Following your rotations, you will re-join your initial team to specialise in your chosen area, working on longer, more strategic projects with increased focus and intensity.
Throughout the programme, you will benefit from volunteer opportunities, chances to study for further qualifications, and complete development modules, including leadership, communication, and project management. You will also receive formal mentoring from a Managing Director, attend Group Development modules and Functional Meetings, and contribute to continuous business growth and Corporate Responsibility goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum 2:2 degree, ideally in a related subject, or demonstrate a passion for the industry and outline your transferable skills. You should be resilient, able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting, and exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
This position requires energy and enthusiasm to deliver goals and successes, with a focus on taking ownership of projects and demonstrating lateral and innovative thinking. As part of our hybrid working culture, you will divide your time between working in the office, on construction sites, and sales offices, and working from home, as the role dictates.
