About the Role:

In your position as an Activities Coordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. This encompasses every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement activities that will delight our Residents.
  • Help the Home Manager to organise essential fundraising events.
  • Give our Residents the confidence to socialise more effectively.
  • Work on new activity ideas based on Residents' hobbies.
  • Get the rest of the care home team involved.

Requirements:

  • A background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes.
  • Brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.
  • Great planning, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Considerate and kind communication with Residents and co-workers.
