Responsibilities
  • Ensure personal and team compliance with relevant SHE policies and procedures, prioritizing safety.
  • Log all enquiries received, including direct communications and regular meetings with contractors.
  • Acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the BSU communications team to ensure timely responses from authorized personnel.
  • Provide administrative support, handling correspondence, filing, and producing reports as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a professional secretarial/administration role.
  • Background in a demanding customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn technical details and convey information clearly.
