Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in the management of site, ensuring compliance with company health and safety standards, NHBC standards, building regulations, and overall quality standards. Key tasks will include:

  • Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality and contribute to a high standard of overall presentation on site
  • Monitoring material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock, but enough to ensure the site programme is met and all labour is efficiently employed
