Tutor for Special Education Needs

We are seeking tutors who possess a sound understanding of delivering tuition to young people with ESOL, Behavioural and SEN needs. These needs include ASD, ADHD and SEMH.
Tuition is flexible, ranging from 1 to 15 hours per week, per student, Monday-Friday. You can support one student or multiple to build up your hours.
Key qualities we look for in a tutor:
- A degree qualification or substantial experience providing learning support.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Integrity.
- A passion for promoting educational outcomes of pupils.
Our current hourly rate ranges between £25-£35 an hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Prospero Teaching offers a positive and supportive environment for both learners and staff. We have high tutor retention rates and offer a collaborative approach to ensure tutors feel safe and supported as part of a team.
This role involves working closely with students who require additional support. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
